Our client needed an experienced team to handle the office renovation ensuring minimal disruption to their business.
97 Church Street is situated in a busy central Brighton location which required an efficient sire management plan which included the installation of scaffolding complete with tin roof.
Key features of this project:
- Ensuring a secure site which was also weather proofed for the duration of the works
- Safely removing and disposing of existing structures including the brickwork from the bay area
- Install new cavity trays above the frontage and windows
- New installation of the windows, complete with lead surrounds and making good, the redecoration of the internal wall areas
- Vertical slate hanging complete with felt and battens
- Updating the insulation with Celotex
- Re-pointing and cleaning the brickwork
- Re-painting the shop front
